By downloading, installing, or using the GIVU application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Massimiliano Milazzo ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

GIVU is a personal debt-tracking application that allows users to record, track, and manage informal debts with friends. GIVU is strictly a record-keeping tool and does not:

• Process, facilitate, or move actual money or funds
• Operate as a payment service or financial institution
• Provide financial advice or services
• Guarantee the accuracy of any debt records entered by users

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

To use GIVU, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GIVU only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App to record fraudulent or fabricated debts
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you enter into GIVU, including debt descriptions, amounts, and usernames. We do not verify the accuracy of any debt information you enter. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Debt records in the App are informal and not legally binding documents
• GIVU is not responsible for any disputes arising from debt records
• You should independently verify any financial arrangements with other parties

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content, is owned by Massimiliano Milazzo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any data stored in the App will be accurate or complete
• The App will meet your specific requirements

We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information in the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Massimiliano Milazzo and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@givu.top.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
